At Cakes&Co, we strive to make ordering your delicious treats a smooth and enjoyable experience. This Shipping & Payments page outlines our delivery options and payment methods.
1. Shipping:
- Delivery Area: We currently deliver within Hyderabad, India only.
- Delivery Timeframe: We offer delivery during the designated window from 1 PM-12:30 AM. Orders placed before 12:30 AM will be delivered on the same day, subject to availability. Orders placed after the cut-off time 12:30 AM will be delivered on the following designated delivery day.
- Delivery Fee: We offer a flat delivery fee of ₹150(which is subject to distance and time, and the third party delivery partner) for orders below ₹750. For orders exceeding ₹750, delivery is free.
- Delivery Instructions: You can provide specific delivery instructions during checkout. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for deliveries outside our designated delivery area or timeframes.
2. Payments:
We accept secure online payments through the following methods:

3. Order Confirmation:

4. Order Tracking:
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer real-time order tracking. However, you'll receive a notification upon dispatch of your order. You can also contact us for an update on your order status if it hasn't arrived within the designated delivery timeframe.
5. Order Changes:
We understand plans can change. If you need to modify your order details (e.g., delivery address) after placement, please contact us at Phone:+91 8367755555 as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if the order is already in production.
We recommend placing your orders well in advance for special occasions to ensure timely delivery.
