RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Cakes&Co, we take pride in creating delicious and high-quality treats. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines our procedures for handling returns and issuing refunds.
1. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for cakes, cupcakes, pastries, or other edible items once they have left our Kitchen.
2. Exceptions:
In rare instances, we may consider offering a full or partial refund if there's a demonstrable issue with your order, such as:
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately with a photo of the incorrect item. We'll gladly arrange for a replacement of the correct item or issue a full refund for the mistaken item.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged due to mishandling during delivery, please contact us within 1 PM - 12:30 AM upon receipt. We'll require a photo of the damaged item for verification. Once confirmed, we'll offer you a full refund or a replacement order at our discretion.
3. Order Cancellations:
